FAQ’s
-
A full RV Pump-Out of Grey and Black water tank with a flush out. We also recommend adding 10% water to your waste tank with our black tank pods to clear and prevent mounding. Fresh water fill and wand tank cleaning is also available.
-
We attach our hose to your discharge valve via a Varco RV Kit and vacuum out the waste. The Pump Out Kit ensures confidence that your waste tank will not implode. For an RV pump out and flush we will also pump water into the tank after we have pumped the waste. This ensure the tank is extra clean and reduces much of the lingering odors.
-
We charge $175 for a black and grey water tank pump out with flush-out. For locations greater than 25 miles from Hillsboro, there is a trip fee. Discounts available for multiple same-trip pumps (group pumps).
-
Several factors could lead to this situation. If the RV has been in heavy use but has remained stationary for a period of time, solid waste can accumulate, particularly beneath the toilet. These solids may not flow to the discharge valve, giving the false impression that the tank wasn’t properly pumped, even though it was. Additionally, if the tank is full, solids can cover the sensor gauges, causing inaccurate readings.
To prevent this, the best approach is to either drive the RV before we arrive to help mix the solids with the liquids or use a garden hose to spray water into the toilet to break up and wash away the solid buildup before we pump.
-
Frequency depends on tank size and usage. Most customers schedule every 1–2 weeks during heavy use, or monthly if parked long-term. description
